Our Company:

We are a young company comprised of two very passionate individuals with over 25 years combined Kitchen and Restaurant Management experience. We carry a youthful approach towards all we attempt and strive for, all the while maintaining a professional attitude. We will always try our best to be the most accommodating and welcoming which in turn will help provide a satisfied experience time after time. Being considerate to our clients needs is the most important aspect to our overall vision of making our customers our first priority!

Our Vision:

Our Vision is to coexist with all the hospitality establishments in the downtown area while providing a quality product with a second to none attitude. We want to be welcoming as well as to be welcomed. With this comforting attitude we can evolve into a successful entity within Regina’s downtown. We want to make a positive impression in the community and with our customers and clients. We can achieve this by being involved the local charities and community events, by also supporting local artists, and most importantly by supporting local food merchants and suppliers for the majority of the product purchased. If all of this can be achieved with a smile on our faces we can most definitely become a destination shop in Regina.

Our Product:

Our product at The Deli Llama has been created in the way that everyone can recognize something on the menu and eat it too.  We offer vegan, vegetarian and dairy free options just too!!  It is good old comfort food, childhood favorites with an adult twist.  We put a lot of care and heart into everything from the preparation of our signature soups to the way we deal with our customers. The menu is very original but familiar at the same time. We offer fresh produce in all of our salads, soups and sandwiches.  We use only the top quality of cheese, locally baked bread, fresh baked goodies and a whole variety of grilled sandwiches (over 20, to be exact). Our chef is very excited that we have set up shop in downtown Regina and that all of our customers can order his soups made from scratch, his unique, crave-able sandwich menu or any of the home baked goodies the boss lady has cooked up. For a lighter option, come in and try our B.Y.O.S (build your own salad) which actually means you can have a salad made to your very own specifications with all our fresh toppings. So come try us out and don’t forget to ask, “what the heck is a Llama tail?”
